Bad service received

Mtn service is pathetic, Telkom and vodacom are way much better than you, how can you let your customers wait 24hrs for a simswop , I went to century city I was asked for an affidavit, I then tried doing it over the phone I was told to wait 24hrs, I then went to Mitchell's plain they cancelled the one that was done over the phone and now I have to wait another 24hrs, go to vodacom,Telkom and even cell c you will their stores with a working simcard not these long stories
