BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

I am not happy about the service I'm receiving so far. I app**** for a contract phone and all went well. The special I signed for in my contract said MTN will deduct my payment from March 2018 (so the first two months free), that was the deal signed! But they already deducted from January 2018! The lady at MTN was supposed to sort it out and let me know, I'm still waiting. Yesterday I should have gotten my monthly data, still waiting. The lady also cannot assist me!

Please sort out this problem!
