Bad service received

Paid account, in reference area, put name and cell nr. Phone got cut off due to non payment. Send proof, told because of name in ref area did not pick up. Rectified. 10 days later, cut off again, same story. Cut off third time. Now claiming did not pay 2 months, after proof of payments was send. Phone now on again, no apology or refund for almost a whole week without phone ! Tried to e mail contact centre, 4 different operators. ASKED TO BE CONTACTED BY SENIOR MANGER - NO REPLY !!!
