Bad service provider open service stations in all areas rather than call centres bring service to the people

MTN does not care about the people who they service when u call them welcome to the bozza network anything but a bozza network it's been 5 months now same problem after payment service are suspended my wife also complaint managers called to fix the problem but no its still guess government and mtn same watsapp group
