Bad service provider!!!

I'm getting billed for something that wasn't my fault!!!! I asked that my bill limit be put to zero but no! That wasn't the case!!!! Now I have to fork out R1801 for a bill and for what????? I've been sent from pillar to post and I just want them to check their recordings and credit me!!! After this I'm going to downgrade, I don't want the stupid packages I'll only pay for the phone!!!! I've been making calls since the 16th of October and getting no help! My bill limit was put to zero by a consultant right before my eyes and this was on the 12th of November sies!
