Bad service provider

I am really dissatisfied with the MTN service provider, I have a cell phone contract of R269 per month which was going very well and I started signing for a contract of R199 per month for 20gigs a month in April 2018, prior to signing the contract I have asked if there are any additional charges included on the contract of R199 and I was told I will be charged a bill of an amount of less than R300 as a whole and for that month I was charged more than R800 which included the amount of R269 for my cell phone, I did query about it and was told that there was connection charges included which I was not told it would even reach that amount, I was even told that I could do data sharing on my number that I took a contract on which didn't occur I had to improvise and have to SIM cards which means I had to use two MTN phones, I am really not happy about what had happened because what was promised was not delivered. A few months went by until an amount of R702 was debited on my account and I enquired about the amount and was told I have exceeded my credit limit, I did not subscribe to anything and I have made it clear that I don't not want any additional substitutions that would incur more charges I had told myself I was supposed to pay 199+269 which is supposed to be 468 per month. I am really not happy about this service provider and wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up for contracts because one is being charged for additional costs where else one didn't even subscribe to anything.
