Bad service/ possible *****

Mtn must stop associationg themselves with unprofessional sales companies like rewardsco. I spoke to a lady and chose the contract deal I am taking. Been waiting for a call from courier to deliver my phone, I called rewards and they promised to call me back but didn't it towards the first agreed debit date but I haven't received my phone it a shame because when MTN is involved we think service standards will be cognicent.
