Bad service overall

*** Congratulations MTN on losing another customer to your INCOMPENTENCY as a SUPPLIER!!! You make it so easy for me to reply and I can do this all the time with the service you provide. Response to my query every time are ESCALATIONS!!! Canal Walk (which I again had to INCONVENIENCE myself) GAVE me a PRINT OUT of a *** transaction done on my account from GAUTENG!!! What ***!!! One PHONE contract was *** done on my account BUT BOTH my DATA ACCOUNTS was DEDUCTED!!! This is not a glitch in your SYSTEM but STUPID HUMAN ERROR!!! I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT DONE, I WANT MY MONEY WHICH YOU *****!!! Reading your customers frustrations on HELLO PETER is just PLAIN PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not to mention YOUR STUPID REPLIES!!! STAFF NEED TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AND YOUR QUERIES TO BE RESOLVED!!! Don't give me the 2 weeks waiting period as this was brought to your knowledge 3 weeks ago and all necessary documents sent on 29/12/2015!!! You didn't wait for my monies to be taken!!! Not to mention no FEEDBACK from your ***** department!!! You are just plainly *****ing from your customers!!!
