Bad service, or rather NO SERVICE MTN

I got a call from MTN that i qualify for a month to month router deal in August and only need to pay R350.00 for the remaining days of August and cover costs of September 2023. I made the payment and DSV was on their way to deliver the router, as i was informed. No one came, and i missed work that day, waiting for them to come. I called and the person said he is already out of town, he will make arrangements and ill get it the next week. It never came and i never got a call. I called MTN and they said it shows on their system that the contract is cancelled, and i asked about my money, but was directed to another company, who initially made the call. I called the company and they directed me to DSV, DSV directed me back to MTN. I haven't received the router till today 18 October 2023, and no money. I don't know who to call or where to start, because MTN is not taking any responsibility.
