Bad service on MTN and Supersonic there isp devision

Sign up 10mbps home internet last month i wasnt able to paid on time because of medical expense i paid on 4 of this month after i seen the blue lte light is back no internet after few calls they said if you paid after 25 of each month your internet will be active on the following month November how on earth if you paid arrears on 4 October you have to wait 1st of November so they can allocate uncapped how the **** can you allocated uncapped there isn't that thing uncapped is month to month with fair use in place i think they want extra money before they switch it on on there mobile data plans i can seen is the same company and can seen supersonic is part of them they also so bad i help my friend the only language they understand to curse them and said they are dumb fk they have IQ of snake so far my friend internet is on supersonic i think a ****** have more brains as what mtn and supersonic have hahah
