Bad service on Mtn. 135

I was on month to month. On 24 February 2023, I was offerred a contract for 500 minutes and 15 gigs for a fixed 24 months. The first 2 month was billed correctly, there after it was increased. Everytime I call, the system is down I need to call back later or the consultant is clueless, I end up irritated and cut the call.

Called in this morning, I was told that there was an increase in April 2023. Tried telling her that I am on contract for 24 months, she is clueless, referred me to the MTN app, I need to go and read about the increases . I Called back,...... system is down , need to call back in 2 hours
