Bad service of the highest level, wow MTN
Wow MTN insurance is giving me the run around and I got 3 people giving contradicting information.
1st my phone was ordered now I'm told to choose another phone because the value of the ordered phone has gone up.

Should this not be sorted by the end of business today. I wil take the matter to the ombudsman
