Bad Service of note!

<p>I recently took out a contract at MTN, which l was hesitant to take, but because of "good service" from the sales guy , I ended up taking it. Its a Mobicel 10inch tablet, which was at the time perfect for my son. About two to three weeks later, unfortunately the tablet got LCD damage(the phone did not fall, and the screen proves it). I was then advised by the same "sales guy" to take the tablet to the Mtn repair shop myself as they wouldnt fix it if he books it! What Bull??!!! I ended up taking the tablet to repair shop just to receive an sms, hours later, saying they are unable to fix the tablet, because it being a Mobicel blah blah blah!!! Now I ask, Why were they selling it? So the deal was "cheap" because they wanted to get rid of stock?? I demand a replacement or I am simply cancelling my contract. </p>
