BAD SERVICE OF MTN AND DSV

Goodday im really facing a bad experience a d services from MTN i app**** for a contract with them my contract was approved debi mandates was approved my approved contract info was sent to me via email .I was told that Dsv courier will be delivering my cellphone on the 6 of May i even received a sms stating the delivery date from DSV right the 6 of May no delivery was made i had to cancel all my appointments for that day due to the delivery that was suppose to be made.i phone DSV courier they tell me MTN has told them to cancel the delivery not DSV or MTN contacts me to tell me why they cant deliver etc they just leave me hanging while they have all my details and think they can debit the contact money while I still didnt receive the phone ...very bad service I wouldn't reccmommend MTN to any1 bad service
