Bad service of applications

Very poor service from mtn, app**** for the contract of R299 for the 100GB anytime deal on the 23rd of November 2020 and received a call to complete the application on the 25th of November 2020. Till today i havent received the order and no one has been able to help me from going inside the store to calling them.
