Bad service , number barred because of insurance double billing me.

BAD SERVICE BY INSURANCE.

Good day, when I upgrade I requested insurance change from old device to knew device instead insurance added another insurance now I am paying 2 insurances. I call requesting refund instead they tell me they won't refund me. My MTN account gets suspended more often because this other insurance I am billed for which I did not request.

I also want Icasa to intervene on this.
