BAD SERVICE - NOT CANCELLING WIFI
I phoned the MTN call center to have our WIFI Contract cancelled. It was done in March this year. Everytime I speak to a consultant they say it will be cancelled. However, no positive response by STOPPING the payment deduction. We have been paying it every month and need this to be refunded and sorted immediately.
