Bad Service & None deliverance

MTN Telesales is the worst I have ever experienced. First they deliver the wrong phone that was not even discussed (they must go to the recording). Secondly I returned the wrong iPhone (Normal) which was collected and they said I will have me iPhone 14 not later than Jan/Feb 2023 when stock is available. Thirdly I am now battling for more than one year and still have not received my upgrade but is paying for it.
