Bad service/Nobody gets back to you

<p>I am sick and tired of calling MTN with my problem. I cancelled a contract nearly a year ago, Was promised the contract will be cancelled (By *********** workers at the MTN East Rand Mall branch). A few months later complained again and was promised it would be done and money refunded. Again a few months later money still being deducted from my account . Was told I would be refunded. At least nothing going off my account now but have still not received the monies taken off for approximately7 months. NOBODY but NOBODY EVER returns calls, emails etc. This is now my final avenue to complain,</p>
