Bad Service - No response/ Help
I up graded my phone on the 24 April. My average monthly bill was R289-00. Then I suddenly am receiving bills of R3500 and R1900-00. I am on Wi-Fi all day and rarely make phone calls.
I have been emailing, sending complaints, contacting call centre (which I am on hold for 60min minimum) and once I get through I get told they cannot assist me.

I am at my wits end with trying to find someone/ anyone who will actually assist me and to sort out all these overcharges.
