Bad service, no resolve!!!

Still waiting for my account to be sorted, it's been months I've sent numerous emails and made so many phone calls , but you just can't get it right, I've sent bank statements in May it's now July and you still haven't updated my account, I owe you nothing!!!! Please update your system, you guys are hopeless disgusting customer service!!! You are giving me a bad credit record because you can't do your jobs properly!!! Fix my account!!!!!!!
