Bad service no feedback at all

I app**** for a contract online no response on 17th feb 2020 i app**** for a contract Huawei P30 lite got an sms its being processed sameday, sat i was in somerset to find out how far they are i was told I must call N1 branch because they cant see each others contracts and the guy politely wrote the no. For N1 city store on a page not even trying to assit or offering to call them on my behalf. Yesterday 25.02.2020 I was in Zevenwaght and the lady called N1 very sweet girl very helpful when she got through they said they would call me today at 10:00 but still no one has called. What sort of customer service is this? Why cant they give me an answer?
