BAD SERVICE NO DELIVERY NO RESPONSE

We have been for more than 2 years now trying to clear our name from MTN, they gave us a phone that didnt work, we never left the store with the phone ( meaning this is an instore failure and we are entitled to recieve a new cellphone) we were told to return the next day, when we did it was the same phone that wasnt working, we havent taken the phone and requested that because we werent recieving a new cellphone then the contract be cancelled. several years later and we still have an unwanted cellphone contract debited money for a service we we never used and are blacklisted at the expense of poor service delivery and customer service. We have gone to the \head offices\" called a handful of times and each time we have been promised a solution and still nothing."
