Bad service MTN Wonderpark branch

Bad service I would like to log a complaint regarding bad customer service at Mtn branch wonderpark next pick n pay store. Firstly is waiting period to be assisted is so unacceptable, over 30min waiting on the que standing. Secondly the are no chairs provided for ppl with disability or chronic illnesses. Thirdly I don't understand how can a branch only have two employees on duty on a busy Saturday, it doesn't make sense.
