Bad service MTN store Kolonnade Mall
So I when back to the MTN store in Kolonnade Mall on Sunday 14 August 2022 because it is my nearest MTN store. After an hour that we sit and wait that I can do the upgrade and sim swap I could only do the sim swap. I could only do a sim swap, because the data upgrade I want to do with a router, the router is not showing on stock on their system but they have stock so how does that work and the the is no manager in store only supervisor that is to busy and can not even put stock on the system. This is really unprofessional and bad service from the store

16 Aug 2022, 08:42I when Monday 15 August 2022 back to the store after work, after my wife has spoken to the assistant manager of the store and he said everything will be fixed, but ques what it was not. again after an our n went empty hands home and they now will get a router from a store in Menlyn and then he will phone me (If that will happen, because out of previous experiences they do not phone if you do not phone and follow up.
