Bad service | MTN Store Carnival Mall
<p>Msesi Mosikidi from MTN Store in Carnival Mall gave us such bad service, we will not recommend MTN to anyone. My company app**** for two deals in their latest June booklet on Friday 02 June 2017. We have been messed around and send backward and forwards for an entire week of empty promises, not giving us feedback, not even answering the store telephone when we call in, being off sick, system being down and many more excuses. We were promised to have our new devices by Friday 09 June 2017 and yet we still don't have anything in hand. After the 4th visit to the store we were met with a bad attitude. MTN will not see my business or I again anytime soon.</p>
