Bad service MTN shop

I am very disappointed by the service I have received at MTN Carnival Mall. It is been a week for me consulting to do a sim swap. I was sent from pillar to post. I submitted all documents required but all in vain. I only managed to be assisted by the team at express franchise shop instead of MTN main shop. The main shop told me that they were offline but the express shop assisted me.
