Bad Service MTN SA

Ive been waiting for my phone for over two months from MTN Insurance. Two months which i paid for a phone thats not in my possession. And everytime i call them they hang up on me. Spoke to 3 different consultants, one of them being Phumele. I dnt know whats going on here. Bit my cliam was approved a month ago. They said theyll deliver my handset Thursday 27 Feb. Its 04 March today and still hvnt recieved my device. When i call to find out. The consultants hang up on me. Whatz really going on MTN SA????
