BAD SERVICE MTN ROYAL ASCOT

I visited the MTN branch in Royal Ascot to apply for a new contract as I have and did have other contracts with MTN my application was approved and I went back to collec t the phone but the lady that assisted me yesterday was not in and my paper work was no where to be found, So it was just a case of we will phone you when we find it or get hold of the lady that assited you and you can come back. i told them to cancel it and that I would rather go to cellc or vodacom where I may get better service
