Bad service MTN retention department

On Friday 11/10/2024 around 16:45 I called MTN retention with regards to cancellation of my current contract under Tshepo Mokoena.i spoke to ALICIA KIEWIET who gave me a terrible service ever and when we required for supervisor for assistance she basically transferred our call to 135 cause it was 17:00 and she wanted to KNOCK OFF.that lady had no intention of assisting us and as a result am going to cancel my other contract for wifi cause I can’t be with a company that treats customers like this honestly.
