BAD SERVICE MTN MONDO

Worst service ever i wish i need answered their call, I don't have a contract with MTN through Mondo and everything was submitted but still today I'm being haunted by MTN they keep debiting my account for something i don't have from Feb todate nothing happens and nobody ever gets back to me. its so frustrating because this is affecting my credit score please sort this out. im being sent from pillar to post RCO217897\RCO255056
