Bad service MTN Matlosana Mall

We upgraded our contract at Mtn Matlosana Mall (Mugg & Bean) during December 2021. We requested the combo package with the Samsung A32 as well as the smar****ch. We were informed that they don't currently have stock of the watches but will order one and let know when it has arrived. They gave us the Samsung A32 with the promise of the watch following shortly. After numerous telephone calls following up whether the watch has arrived yet I was informed today that the contract cannot be upgraded on that package when they have given the phone and the watch would following shortly. Apparently both items should be made out on 1 invoice so as I now understand my contract was only upgraded with the phone excluding the watch. We specifically upgraded for the smar****ch. Very dissappointed in MTN. How do they even advertise an item which they cannot deliver!!!!
