Bad service Mtn Malvern Park

Iam so dissappointed with the guy who helped this morning, i dont know if he takes an advantage because i work in the centre, he is telling me im rude to him, yet he is rude to me, i bought data en he didnt explain the data changes to an airtime and he had no change, he made me to come twice in the store for my change, he actually said i must go and look for a change, i then demanded my change he then said why am i screeming to him/ why am i rude to him, like im confused who is supposed to look for a change, customer or staff? I have never been so dissappointed in my entire life, he doesnt care @ all about me as a custoner, its like im doing him a favour. And that person's name is Theolin Govender, peple like him doesnt deserve to serve customers, i will never ever enter that store again!!!!!!
