Bad service MTN Irene
I already posted this issue. A response was send within two days but unfortunately since then I’m still in the dark. I app**** for a 24 month laptop contract Lenovo 520 Yoga. It was confirmed that there is stock in the Midrand warehouse. 8 days later I was phoned from MTN Irene to say now suddenly there’s no stock and my application will not be processed. Shocking service. I was promised a resolution and now almost a month later I still have no further information. If I get no response and resolution I will approach Cell C or Telkom for a better option

30 Apr 2018, 16:42So today I walked into MTN centurion to enquire about the potential to apply for a laptop contract deal through another MTN store. I asked the lady at MTN Centurion to check if my application handed in at Irene has been processed. She couldn’t find anything on their system. She also made a comment that no stock has been available for 3 months. Yet MTN keep on advertising. Is this legal? Does the consumer protection act and the advetising complaints commission not act against false advertising. I have decided to now officially lodge a complaint against MTN for false and reckless advertising. Still Mike Ramaboka has not bother to try and amend this.
