bad service- mtn insurance
i have submitted a claim with mtn insurance and its been 2 weeks and i am not getting any feedback. it means 2 weeks that i do not have a phone yet i have phone insurance that i pay every month

My problem was not resolved. the only thing that happened is that they came collected my phone without leaving me with a loan phone. and its now 3rd week and soon a month without a phone. serously MTN just knows how to let me down. i will never renew my contract with you.
