Bad service Mtn have

Mtn South Africa, you guys are terrible 😢 and *****'s, I bought airtime for R80 on my baking app on Sunday the 12th, and I Converted it to 1G 30days data then I realised latter that it wasn't working on my phone, so on Monday converted R10 one to 69 weekly data still the same happened again not working on my phone... so I've been contacting the customer care service since on Monday but Unfortunately they told me that there's absolutely nothing they can... the data is in my phone but its not working 😕 the all R80 just like 😑 you MTN are terrible 😑 😢
