Bad service MTN , Garden Route Mall in George.

I am trying to upgrade my contract for the third month now at the MTN shop in the Garden Route Mall in George.They told me that they do not have laptops and took my phone no and will come back to me.I stay in Knysna and must travel 62 km to get there.Went there nou for 5 times and me and my wife phoned a few times.They just take my phone no everytime but never come back to me. Saturday the 5th May 2018 I went to the MTN Garden Route Mall shop again.Came in at the door and get my number at the machine to be helped.After 15 minutes we see that they do not call the customers by the no and people is just going to the counter.There is no sign up saying that they are not using the caller system.So they just helped people coming in after me.I was sitting infront of one of the consultants busy with adjusting a phone but not busy with a customer.We asked him if they do not call out through numbers to be helped.He say he do not know and went to ask one of the women consultants and she said that they do not use the machine today.I got so upset and walked out without any answers.SERVICE very bad.There is in any case no service.
