Bad service mtn

Hello They sent me 2 simcards instead of one from feb they carging me both simcards and they dd not debit coz they said not enough funds now i have been calling them for cancellation of the 2nd sim nothing and they have blocked my network ,few months on dis contract now this . Pls help me
