BAD SERVICE MTN

Worst experience of my life, so i decided to take out the 20mb home month to month contract for wifi from MTN, i spoke to a guy over the phone to get everything sorted, DSV then phoned me to arrange courier, they said that they will only be able to deliver my parcel the 7th of May (this was the 25th of April, they had me pay a prorata for the additional days in april but the router will only be delivered the 7th of May??? i then phoned DSV and complained about this so then the lady arranged for the delivery the 29th of April, i received the router and waited the 24 hour activation period and then still no internet, I Phoned MTN to ask whats going on then they said that there is a problem and that it will be escalated (this was the wednesday) she said no one is working so it will be sorted todaty(2nd on May) nothing sorted yet, i then phoned MTN again and the guy informed me that the sim was never registered and now i need to wait another 48hours, this is such pathetic service and i want a refund for prorata paid due to me never being able to access that internet.
