Bad Service MTN Cresta

MTN Cresta it's very annoying to have to go in store a few times just to present a bank statement and ID in order to update personal details. After all the effort I am still getting statements with incorrect details.So this weekend for the 4th time I have to go back with all my paperwork for such a simple process. Guys come on! In addition to that I spoke to a consultant who proceeded to override my otp despite the fact that I told her I did not have access to the number she had sent it to, this was done to migrate my current service :( amazing how the job gets done without your consent. This was the explanation I got in store on how I got a new credit balance on my minutes and data. I have 3 contracts which I definitely will NOT renew with you.
