I would like to complain about the telephone number that is never answered. If you Google MTN Colombine number is ***. If you call the number it rings but never get answered. I went to the shop physically and dialed the same number and it was ringing but I couldn't hear it in the shop. So I asked the colored lady there who was sitting in front with another black guy where the phone was ringing. She told me the phone was at the back. I told them I am ringing the phone as we speak. They didn't care at all. I asked why do they put the number on if they are not using or answering, they just ignored me.

This is so annoying and inconveniancing as I could have my query sorted over the phone. I didn't have to drive there, it was unnecessary. Why put a number for people to call and nobody ever answers the phone. This is a bad service and you are deceiving clients MNT Colombine Square.
