BAD SERVICE MTN CELLPHONE INSURANCE

I`m very disappointed in Mtn Insurance I submitted a claim on the 28-09-2020 with all required documents on the 02-10-2020 they started the process of the claim on the following day I called them to ask how long the process will be. They told me after 14 days on the 14th day I received nothing I contact them again they said the assessors are still busy with the claim up until today I had not received any respond from them its end of the month now. I contact them again its a same story about the assessors when I ask for the assessors contact details they are unable to give. Im very disappointed on MTN Cellphone Insurance they have poor service for real all I want is to get the new Phone then Im done with them. I will advice people not to take their insurance its useless. I will be happy if I can be assisted on this matter my number is *** and their number is ***(mtn insurance)
