Bad Service - MTN

I stay in a small town called Kwambonambi some 20 km north of Richards Bay. Apart from having no service from MTN from time to time as well as absolute atrocious internet quality connections, I have just received an SMS from them saying "We have great news. Your network coverage in Richards Bay has been upgraded to 5G" unquote. They can't even supply the basic services we are paying for, let alone moving towards "better connectivity at lightning speed"!!!!!!
