Bad Service MTN Brits

I would like to express my disappointments from MTN Brits Mall. This past weekend I lost my phone and I went to MTN Brits Mall with the hope of getting assistance with sim swap ( Contract sim & prepaid sim ).

Unfortunately I was assisted by 2 young women who displayed bad attitude from when I arrived at MTN Brits Mall. I requested assisted but they were too busy on they are personal phones ,while I was trying to get assistance.

After 30 minutes they told me that they can't assist me with sim swap if i want to do sim swap I need to go to MTN Wonder Park or Harties .I had to drive 100 km to get assisted with sim swap in Harties .

Why would a shop that is within 50 km still in business while they can't offer support when we need it. You need to drive 100 km to get assistance .
