Bad service MTN

Mtn service is pathetic. I took out a contract with them. Origanal amount was 690. Now I am being billed R1004 each month. This resulted in my service being suspend. Went to Mtn in York street, they put me through to customer services(135). Lady tells me I must go to Garden route mall where I originally took out the contract. Got to Garden route mtn, they say they cant assist, I should go back to Mtn York street. This is so frustrating as I took off from work to sort it out. Not even to mention the money and time waisted on travelling between these 2 stores
