Bad Service MTN

Good Day

Please note i bought a prepaid phone almost 2 years from Pep Cell Mkuhlu Mpumalanga province.The terms and conditions stated that after 1 year i will be able to use other service provider as it was locked only for 1 year only. I want to move away now from MTN network and use a different service provider but i'm not able to do that.

My issue is very urgent as i want to use a different service provider but i'm not able to do so as my phone is locked.
