Bad service MTN and APPLE CORE

I opened a contract with an Ipad but within 2 months I unfortunately dropped the ipad.<br> o MTN told me to use a local reapir center- they weren't accredited.<br> o Phoned Apple,they said that they don't repair, I must send it in and they will give a quote for a replacement,use to claim from insurance. Needed this letter.<br> o Apple said it has to go through MTN, they will then send to CORE.<br> o Ipad checked in at Heminways, 22nd November-asked for letter. They said core must write it.<br> o Received quote from MTN head office for repair. Claimed from Insurance.<br> o When received on 7th Jan- Ipad not working.<br> .<br> <br> Found out MTN took ipad to an unaccredited dealer for repaire. Phoned apple they said there is nothing they can do as they didn't repair the advice. Now am unable to claim from my insurance for second time.<br> <br> Confronted MTN as they didn't inform it was an unaccredited repair. They now blame Apple/ Core and say that Apple wouldnt accept the device.<br> <br> I wanted a letter from MTN/APPLE stating that it cant be repaired to claim from insurance. Cant claim twice now. Haven't had communication on whats happening. I want a working Ipad. I still have to pay monthly fees those. Still no Ipad
