Bad service MTN

This company sucks you call them and you listen to tje inhuman voice until you get to speak to a human who cannot assist you now can they help you but they give you a alternative chargeable number to contact which is unavailable. I walked in to the mtn store at Clearwater mall and the guy helping me could not help me but promised to solve my issue by the end of tbe day and vall me back unfortunately this never happened. This sucks as i see it we are just tbe number issued and not a client. Without us you are nothing MTN i remember back in the days when vodacom and mtn was starting up and people were begged and promised the world to join. Now they dont vare the data base of revenue has reached their target.
