Bad service MTN

MTN is the absolute worst , these people advertise things but can not deliver. I upgraded In April 2021 I was suppose to get 20 gigs of free data but this never happened. The same thing happened two years ago with my upgrade then when I was suppose to receive R1590 wort of free goods with phone that did not happen either. I have phoned MTN about 6 or 7 times and keep getting the run around. The one Consultant guaranteed me it will be with my next billing cycle it did not happen, the other one said it will be in the next 24 hours this did not happen, the one said phone back on Monday , I phoned the consultant could not resolve my query she just gave excuses. Why advertise goods when you can not keep your promises to your customers?
