Bad service MTN

In our area in Eldoraigne, Centurion we can't make cellphone calls or use data during loadshedding. All the other service providers like Vodacom, Cell C etc. have reception and make sure that their clients can use their cellphones during loadshedding. I see MTN is not bothered about their service to clients as they have not made any effort to even look into their reviews and all their reviews are bad. Tell you a lot about a service provider. I queried the above on their online service and MTN didn't even bother to call me.
